Deborah Barrington started her legal career in London, qualifying in 1985 with City firm Theodore Goddard (now Addleshaw Goddard). She then moved to Canada for a period of some 10 years where she re-qualified and practised in Ottawa, firstly with Lang Michener and then with Toronto based firm, Fraser & Beatty.
Upon her return to the UK in 1997, she set up the practice of Barringtons Solicitors. Deborah has always worked as a commercial lawyer. Today she specialises in mergers and acquisitions; sales of businesses; partnerships and shareholder agreements; together with all types of on-going commercial and business contracts. She also advises on Settlement Agreements.
Outside the office, Deborah is keen tennis player and runner. She enjoys the theatre, and seeing live comedy shows.
